Like Mother, Like Daughter

After Mommy modeled the not-so-appropriate way to wear a tutu Gwynn tried it on for size too! She looks like one wild child. Okay, so maybe we're just silly tutu heads!!

My Babies and ME!

"Nana, I sure do love all of the outfits and hats that you knitted for me and my baby dolls. We have been warm even with all this snow! Colyer, I'm taking care of the twin babies you gave me for my birthday too! I love feeding them and hearing mommy make them burp! I put them in my grocery cart and we go shopping together too!"~Love, Gwynn

Making Up For Lost Time!

This is an official apology to all of our dear family and friends who check our blog and have been sadly disappointed the past 5 or so months. I can't believe I've let it go this long without any updating! Well, this next list of pictures will sum-up some of what has been going on in our lives lately. One of my 2010 resolutions will be to attempt to add some new memories to the blog every month or two. As of now, we'll play catch up! Gwynn loves pudding and Shep (Grandma Gail's dog). Avery, Sydney, and Gwynn played together at the Luedke Thanksgiving. She's hangin' out with the big girls. Yee-haw! She's catchin' a ride on her bouncing zebra. She was reluctant to sit on Santa's lap...that is, until he offered her a candy cane. Aww...he's a man after her own heart. Then, Gwynn tries on Daddy's slippers. Those are sure big shoes to fill.

Our New Home

Here are some pictures taken of our new home after the first snow of the season. Bart is tinkering in the new shop and is working at getting it organized and set-up. Gwynn and I have been painting a few rooms and rearranging furniture. Our new dog, Foxy, has been roaming the grounds. Gwynn loves peeking out the windows each day to see Foxy playing with the neighbor dogs or running to the door for a treat. So far, the serenity of the country has felt like a peaceful vacation. It is truly feeling like home.

Gwynn also experienced snow for the first time. She didn't know what to think of this freezing white stuff that made her hands so cold, but she's sure enjoyed "cooking" the snow slushies that we brought in from outside in her play kitchen.
